A new, custom home on 20 rolling acres in the Auburn Hills. Working closely with the owners, I reconfigured the interior for their lifestyle and minimized overall construction costs by eliminating awkward roof transitions. 

​​Being brought in early to design the interiors as a whole, enabled me to provide the clients with well planned and specified window and door locations, floorplans, elevations, lighting and controls plans, and furniture layouts.

The key to this home getting built on time and in-budget was communication with both the homeowners and the general contractor, throughout the build.
